When I moved to the UK with Flight Centre as a consultant with the global mobility program, I was offered a role with FCBT in central London. I really enjoyed the variety of booking both leisure and business travel, and feeling like I was stepping up in my career with the additional challenges and responsibility that comes with handling a corporate account. The culture and community of a smaller specialist brand really suited me personally - so much so that I'm still with FCBT 15 years later and have since moved on to various support roles at Head Office.
After 7 years of working in retail I knew my time booking holidays was over, but where to next? I was recommended to have a look at moving to FCBT. After meeting what would be my future team, I knew immediately this is where I should be. FCBT gave me the opportunity to reach my full potential as a Travel Manager, since making the move I have not looked back!
